Its that time of the week again,.. more links for your delight and delectation..
When you are looking through image galleries, particularly ones overseas, you often see the same cars come up again and again. The problem is often that you can't find out any more about them, you just have the picture to look at. So we were really pleased to find the website for a Japanese red Nissan 510 Wagon that has been popping up in galleries for the last few years :
http://red.ap.teacup.com/bloodbird510/ What is even more satisfying is that there are loads more pictures in there of the car in question and other shows its attended. Great stuff.
It would be remiss of us not to link to Speed Hunters this week. Mike from Auto-Otaku is providing content for the new collaborative blog/site/forum/thing. It has a more modern angle than most of the things we link, but we are all coming from the same place I think, a love of cars. Worth some of your time to check it out and see what’s happening, particularly the slow motion videos : http://speedhunters.com/
I literally exclaimed out loud "this is the best thing ever", when I was browsing round the next site. Jay Leno is a massive car fan, this is widely know, he also does TV, this is also widely know. What you may not know about his is awesome website: Jay Leno's Garage where he takes you for video tours around the cars, giving you information about the models, his story of how he got them, what he likes and everything you wanted to know, it really shows his enthusiasm. Amazing stuff.
I love Can Am cars, so, have a slice of what I love from 1967 at Road America. In 2 parts :
Part 1
Part 2
